Returns & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your Gehnaa purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have made returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

Return Window

You have 07 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It must be returned in the original Gehnaa packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact. Customised or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

How to Return

Step 1: Email us at support@gehnaa.in with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will confirm your return request within 24 hours.

Step 3: We will arrange a free doorstep pickup.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

 

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. The refund amount is credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account via NEFT.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? We are happy to exchange. Just follow the same return process and let us know what you would like instead. If the new item is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference. If it is priced lower, we will refund the balance.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
