Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3-5 days. Express shipping is available at checkout for select pin codes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 999. Orders below Rs. 999 have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 49.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Products & Quality
Are your products genuine?
100%. Every Gehnaa piece comes with a certificate of authenticity. We use only 925 sterling silver, certified gold, and natural gemstones. We never use artificial or lab-created stones unless clearly mentioned.
What materials do you use?
Our collections feature 925 Sterling Silver, 18K and 22K Gold, Gold Vermeil (18K gold over sterling silver), natural gemstones including diamonds, rubies, emeralds, pearls, and semi-precious stones.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time. All our silver pieces are rhodium-plated for added protection. With proper care, your jewellery will last for years. Refer to our Jewellery Care Guide for tips.
How do I find my ring size?
Visit our Ring Size Guide page for detailed instructions. You can measure at home using a string or an existing ring. We also offer a free ring sizer kit that you can request.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day easy return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at support@gehnaa.in with your order number, or use the Returns portal on our website. We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, we offer No-Cost EMI on orders above Rs. 3,000 on select credit cards. EMI options are displayed at checkout.
